02 Insurance Services

Strictly Regulated

We are members of the RICS Designated Professional Body Scheme. We are regulated for general insurance distribution activities in the UK, on behalf of the Financial Conduct Authority, under a programme approved by HM Treasury. We can therefore provide insurance advice and quotations for the majority of relevant insurance covers. This is arranged in conjunction with our retained insurance brokers: Chambers and Newman.

Additional Peace Of Mind

Due to the number and size of buildings that we manage, our brokers are able to negotiate competitive rates for any client interested in adding their building, engineering, directors & officers insurance to our block property policy.

In the event of having to make a claim, we will take care of everything required. If you already have your own broker or insurance policy in place and your residents need help in making a claim, we can help with this.

03 Accounting Services

Professional Expertise

Service charge accounting for properties is all part of our service. Accounts are drafted by our expert in-house accountancy team, ready for independent certification. The supporting balance sheet is prepared in accordance with the relevant framework. All monies collected for each property can be tracked and reconciled.

Additional services available include preparing statutory accounts (for example, for a parallel freehold owning company), undertaking PAYE services and operating deposit accounts. Please ask for further details.

Complete Transparency

The maintenance and upkeep of all the blocks in our portfolio is always forefront in mind: we diligently create capital expenditure plans to forecast potential works required. We are subject to audits and therefore follow RICS regulations for holding client monies. As ARMA members, we are independently regulated and adhere to high professional standards.

04 Project Management Services

End-To-End Capabilities

We can oversee projects from start to finish, whether for undertaking internal or external repairs and redecorations or replacing mechanical and electrical equipment such as lifts.

We either use our skilled in-house team or contract out to trusted consultants if specialist expertise is required.

A fixed or percentage fee may be charged. This can also include taking care of all Landlord and Tenant advice and notices to ensure residents are kept fully informed and updated.
