We are accredited members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), as well as being corporate members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA). As such, we can bring our knowledge and expertise as Chartered Surveyors to any property we come across.

Aspect Property Management was established in 2005. It was setup by partners; James Pickering and Christopher Remers, to offer professional and high quality block management services to the prime Central London market. The company has grown progressively since its inception, which eventually led to our office move in 2014 from Kensington to Victoria.
What makes us stand out is our experience and knowledge of managing historic buildings in London. We enjoy the challenge that period properties often present and looking after the history of London.

Chris Remers qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992 and later became a founding Governor of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM).
He set up Aspect Property Management in 2005 as a bespoke company dealing with long leasehold management and associated business. Chris has worked in this particular sector since 1995, initially for a Scandinavian freehold owning company in SW1, and later with Douglas & Gordon, where he was in charge of the property management department.
James qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1998.
He setup Aspect Property Management Limited with Chris in 2005. James has worked in this particular sector since 1992; initially for his family property company and later Gross Fine as a director.
Claire joined the accounts team at Aspect in 2013 as the purchase ledger accountant and deals with all of our contractors.
Previously she worked for AMT Coffee and has worked in accounts for over 15 years.
David has been working in the residential property management industry for more than 20 years; 9 of which he has spent here at Aspect.
He is also a part qualified accountant.
Arena has now been with Aspect for over 10 years as a Client Accountant.
She has been in the property industry since she was 18 years old and has more than 25 years of experience.
Liberty has been with the company for over 3 years and was previously a Personal Assistant within the company.
She now deals with the Business Development and Office Management for Aspect.
Jia has been working as a Receptionist since 2006 and has previously worked for financial companies such as investment and hedge fund firms.
Jia joined Aspect in November 2014 and covers answering the telephone, looking after the post, dealing with general enquiries plus other admin duties.
Lucy has spent over 7 years at Aspect and was previously an Assistant Property Manager. She now deals with the Healthy & Safety for our entire property portfolio.
Previously she has worked for a property management consultancy and has over 15 years experience in the property sector.
Chris is working with the accounts team as our bank reconciliation clerk and has been a qualified accountant since 2014.
He previously held various roles with accounts teams at City & Guild, the Natural History Museum and Direct Line.
Julia has been with Aspect for 2 years and previously worked for the company assisting the Property Managers. She is now James Pickering’s Personal Assistant.
Prior to joining Aspect she worked for the BBC before moving into the property sphere.
Aadil joined Aspect in 2016 as part of the accounts team. He is dealing with service charges and company accounts for our clients alongside David Maguire.
Tracey has been with us for 2 years now and has 12 years experience in the residential property management field.
Previously she worked with and managed retail properties.
