We are accredited members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), as well as being corporate members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA). As such, we can bring our knowledge and expertise as Chartered Surveyors to any property we come across.

Aspect Property Management was established in 2005. It was setup by partners; James Pickering and Christopher Remers, to offer professional and high quality block management services to the prime Central London market. The company has grown progressively since its inception, which eventually led to our office move in 2014 from Kensington to Victoria.
What makes us stand out is our experience and knowledge of managing historic buildings in London. We enjoy the challenge that period properties often present and looking after the history of London.

Chris Remers qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992 and later became a founding Governor of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM).
He set up Aspect Property Management in 2005 as a bespoke company dealing with long leasehold management and associated business. Chris has worked in this particular sector since 1995, initially for a Scandinavian freehold owning company in SW1, and later with Douglas & Gordon, where he was in charge of the property management department.
Chris is married, with two small boys.
James qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1998.
He joined Aspect Property Management Limited towards the end of 2005. James has worked in this particular sector since 1992; initially for his family property company and later Gross Fine as a director.
James is married, with one son and a young Beagle.
Ruth began her career in property management in 1986. She has headed up the property management teams for a number of property companies, including Farleys, Freshwater and Cluttons, where she became partner.
She joined Aspect Property Management in January 2014. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Residential Property Management and as Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Ruth has two sons and two grandchildren.
Lee has over five years experience working in property accounts in both the residential and commercial sector.
He started studying for his accountancy qualifications whilst being a HGV driver, and was admitted to the ACCA as a member in 2012.
Lee can often be found on his bike in his spare time.
Claire started working in the Accounts Payable field in 1989, since her first role at British Telecom in Bedfordshire. She then relocated to the head office in London to fill a similar role. Claire has also worked at BHS PLC and Taylor Woodrow before joining Aspect several years ago.
Claire has always been a fitness fanatic and has been a dedicated member of Fitness First since 2005. She particularly takes part in sporting charity events, zumba parties and spinathons.
David has been working at Aspect Property Management since 2009, as the service charge accounts manager.
He has over 20 years’ experience working in property accounts; working in both the residential and commercial sectors.
David is a part-qualified accountant.
Liberty joined Aspect in March 2015, and has previously worked as a PA in the financial services sector for a number of years at 4wealth Limited.
She completed a university course in Classics and Archaeology in 2014 and acquired a Prince2 qualification in 2013 in between her studies.
Liberty is a keen Lacrosse player and is currently looking for a club outside of university.
Jai has been working as a receptionist since 2006 and has previously worked for various financial companies.
Jai joined Aspect in November 2014 and is always a friendly and helpful face around the office.
Jai has one young daughter.
